Who we are

What information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us directly — when you fill out the contact or audit-request form, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number (if provided), current website URL (if provided), and the message you write. If you subscribe to Field Notes, we receive your email address.
- Information collected automatically — like most websites, this site uses basic analytics to understand how visitors use it. This may include pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general geographic location (country or region). We do not use advertising cookies or sell any data to third parties.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry or audit request
- To send the Field Notes newsletter, if you subscribed
- To understand which pages and content are most useful so we can improve the site
We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit opt-in. We do not share, sell or rent your information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Forms and third-party services
Contact forms on this site submit through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service. Formspree processes your submission to deliver it to us by email. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We may use basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar services to understand site traffic. These services may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for analytics and for the contact forms to function. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any tracking technology beyond basic site analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how some parts of the site work.
Data retention
Form submissions are retained in our email inbox and used only to follow up on your inquiry. We keep contact information for as long as there is an active business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@keithgraber.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Union, you may also have rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA. Contact us with any questions and we will do our best to help.
